Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may cancel your order at any point up to 7 days after receiving delivery and we will give you a full refund less costs associated with the return.

We may out of goodwill extend this for a longer period of time. However, many of our products are exempt from this legislation and cannot be returned. You should contact us first to by email or phone to arrange the return of a product.

Please remember:
• Many of our products are modified or manufactured on receipt of your order. These items cannot normally be cancelled once work has begun and you will be liable for the full cost of the product.

• Any goods you wish to return must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If you return the goods you should insure them against carrier damage. You are responsible for the safe keeping of goods until they are received by us or collected by our agents.

• Some products have no easy way of arranging returns, for example the cost of collecting and handling returns of Laminate Worktops is higher than the cost of the worktops. As you are responsible for the cost of returning the product it may not be in your interest to return them.
