In the initial phase of every Project we work closely with the Client to define the extent of the Project and whether it is feasible within the budget.

We can offer alternative ideas and methods if necessary and will supply a full and detailed Estimate for the work. Once the outline Design and Costs are agreed, where necessary we will prepare the planning permission, working with a specialist planning consultant if required.

Once the planning approvals are acquired we will have Architectural Plans drawn up. It is important that the Client is given a realistic timescale, and this we always endeavour to do, but any unforeseen issues that do arise will be explained and we will keep Clients informed of any overrun. Based on extensive Project experience we are able to anticipate most problems, but any additional work or costs arising during the Project will always be discussed with the Client and the best solution agreed upon.
